Frequently asked questions

What is a credit?

A credit is consumed each time you parse a page of a document. A 10-page PDF costs roughly 10 credits. Unused monthly credits do not roll over.

What happens when I run out of credits?

On the Free plan, parsing pauses until the next month. On paid plans, additional usage is billed automatically at your plan’s overage rate so your app keeps running.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your dashboard. Changes are prorated to the day, and downgrades take effect at the end of your billing cycle.

Which file formats are supported?

The Free plan supports modern Word (.docx). Standard adds legacy .doc, PDF, spreadsheets, presentations, HTML and EPUB. Growth adds image OCR on top of everything.
